Do not fold the shades or handle them roughly. You can roll them up and keep them in the box they came in.

Not necessary, but for the first time we recommend you prepare an alcohol spray and 2 dry microfiber cloths. Premium automotive tape is provided in the kit.

As long as proper installation is carried out, there will be no damage to your glass. Our product is also able to be used with your current tints. The tape provided is residue-free.

With proper install (clean glass, firm squeegee, full tape contact), no. The tape is rated for automotive exterior use across global climates. Bubbling almost always comes from install error — dirty glass, wrong squeegee pressure, or trapped moisture. If a panel fails despite proper install, that points to a manufacturing defect — message us within 7 days with photos and we'll recut it.

The film itself is reusable for as long as you keep it clean and uncreased — typically 2+ years. The tape strips are single-use; we sell replacement strips (S$5 a set) when they lose grip.

Yes — the film is on the inside of the glass, so exterior washing doesn't touch it. If you clean the inside of your windows, use a microfiber cloth dry or with a tiny amount of water — no harsh solvents.

The film is UV-stable so it won't yellow or shift hue in SG climate. If you notice fading, it's almost certainly a fake or generic film — not ours.

Yes — the Front Window Pair, Side Window 6-Piece Set, and Complete Set all include cuts for the small quarter glass. Check each product's description for exactly what's in your kit.

Standard OEM windows yes. If you've added visors or aftermarket trim, the precut may overlap. Message us with a photo before ordering — we can confirm or adjust.

Yes. The film is flexible polyester and conforms to standard automotive glass curvature. We've tested on everything from flat coupe sides to deeply curved SUV rear windows.

10–14 days from order to your doorstep in SG/MY. Your film is cut to your specific car after you confirm — we don't pre-stock. Tracking is emailed once dispatched.

We give a 7-day refund for manufacturing defects only — keep the protective layer on to claim. If we made the cutting error, we recut and reship free. As every set is made to order for your exact car, we can't refund wrong-vehicle or change-of-mind orders.
