FAQ

Before you order

How long until it ships?

10-14 days from order to your doorstep in SG/MY. Your shade set is cut to your specific car after you confirm the vehicle details, so we do not pre-stock every shape.

Will it damage my glass?

With proper installation, the shade can be removed cleanly without damaging the glass. It can also be used over existing tint, provided the surface is clean and dry before installation.

What if my car model is not in the dropdown?

Use the "Request your model" button on our fitment search, or email us at autostoreshade@gmail.com with your Year / Make / Model. We can often source it.

What is your refund policy?

We give a 7-day refund for manufacturing defects only. If we made the cutting error based on the vehicle details you confirmed, we recut and reship free. Because each set is made to order, wrong-vehicle and change-of-mind orders cannot be refunded.
